How the Trump Administration Is Chipping Away at Social Security Benefits

A proposed rule change to Social Security disability benefits could block people that speak limited or no English from getting benefits. The change would remove the "inability to communicate in English" from the list of educational catagories that are considered when SSA administrative law judges consider whether the person qualifies for disability benefits.
